Apple outage is currently affecting Apple Music, App Store, Apple TV+ and more
Multiple Apple services are currently down due to an outage. Apple has already fixed some of them, and are continuing to work on the remaining services.
Some of Apple's services are currently unavailable due to an outage affecting Apple's servers. Apple has listed out the services affected, and is working on fixing these outages. Not all users are affected by the outage but some are unable to access services like Apple Music, Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade.
In Apple's support page under system status, there are quite a few services facing an outage at the moment. These services include App Store, Apple Arcade, Apple Books, Apple Music, Apple Music radio, Apple TV Channels, Apple TV+, Apple Care for iOS, iTunes U, Mac App Store, and Radio. There were more Apple services affected earlier which have been fixed now. The previously affected ones include Find My, Game Center, iCloud Account & Sign In, iCloud Backup, iCloud Calendar, iCloud Contacts, iCloud Mail, iCloud Web Apps, iWork for iCloud, and Photos.
Apple users who are facing these issues are seeing a message that says “content unavailable”. Apple hasn't commented on the outage yet but it told The Verge that “some users are affected”. The outage could be limited to certain regions as we're not facing any issues with the above listed services here.
Apple has been regularly updating its support page with the current status of the outage. Just a day before, Microsoft 365 suffered an outage that affected major services such as Outlook.com and Microsoft Teams.
