A new Nokia smart TV is landing in India today. Ahead of the official release, Flipkart has already revealed some key features of the new smart TV.

Nokia's new smart TV will sport a 43-inch UHD screen with slimmer bezels. The smart TV is also confirmed to sport wide colour gamut and Dolby Vision for a richer visual experience. Nokia's new smart TV will also have a fluid chrome pedestal. The design is also available in the original 55-inch smart TV. The new variant will run on Android 9.0 and have Google Play Store and built-in Chromecast. Other key features of Nokia's new TV are JBL, Dolby Audio and DTS TruSurround.

The new Nokia TV will be only the second of the brand in India. Flipkart in partnership with Nokia had launched the first-ever Nokia TV in December last year. Launched at 41,999, the Nokia TV sports a 55-inch UHD display. It has 24W built-in speakers, DTS TruSurround, and Dolby Audio.

For performance, Nokia smart TV runs on a quad-core processor with 2.25GB RAM and 16GB ROM. It also has Android 9.0 operating system and supports compatible apps via Google's Android TV Play Store. For visual optimization, Nokia smart TV comes with MEMC technology.

That said, Nokia's new smart TV will face strong competition from the recently launched Realme TV in India. Realme TV starts at 12,999 and comes in 32-inch and 43-inch screen sizes. The top-end model is priced at 21,999.
