Realme is scheduled to launch its first smart TV and smartwatch on May 25 in India. The company has been teasing both products and we now have the first look of the Realme TV remote.

Realme India’s CEO Madhav Sheth shared photos of the smart TV’s remote on Twitter. There are dedicated Netflix and YouTube buttons on the remote. There’s a Google Assistant button as well which confirms the Realme TV will support voice control.

While the remote looks much like the ones available in the market, it does have Realme’s yellow colour outlined at the centre. If the Realme TV offers any particular feature it’s yet to be revealed.

The smart TV was recently teased on Flipkart with some of its features and specifications. Realme TV will feature a bezel-less design and it will be equipped with Chrome Boost Picture Engine with up to 400 nits. The smart TV will run on a 64-bit MediaTek quad-core processor with Mali-470 GPU.

The teaser also revealed the Realme TV will house 24W stereo four speakers with Dolby Audio support. Realme also highlighted voice common support for users with this example - “Hey, turn on my realme Smart TV”.

Realme TV will most likely be compatible with a Realme smartphone via the company’s Realme Link app. The company has previously confirmed the Realme TV will run on the Android TV platform. Realme TV is expected to be another addition to the affordable segment of smart TVs in India. It will compete with smart TVs from brands like Xiaomi, Thomson and more.
