TCL launches 4K UHD Smart Android TV P615 in India, price starts at ₹23,999

TCL has launched a new lineup of smart TV in India. The series offers 4K UHD panels, Google Assistant, and built-in Chromecast.

TCL on Thursday announced the launch of 4K UHD TV P615 smart TV in India. The smart TV is available in 43-inch, 50-inch and 55-inch screen sizes. The three models are priced at ₹23,999, ₹29,499, and ₹38,499 respectively. The smart TVs will be available online via Amazon India.

The P615 is an Android TV-based smart TV. It supports popular OTT platforms such as Prime Video, Netflix, Hungama Play, Eros Now, Sony Liv, and ZEE. Users can also download more applications through Google Play Store. The smart TV also comes with Google Assistant, which allows users to control the device through voice commands. Just like many other modern Android TVs, TCL's latest smart TV also comes with built-in Chromecast.

TCL's new P615 is said to come with advance algorithms for better contrast performance and colour presentation. It also uses micro dimming algorithm to deliver better contrast and details. The smart TV also comes with Dolby Audio for better sound quality.

In terms of specifications, TCL P615 offers 5000:1 contrast ratio, 60Hz refresh rate, and HDR 10. The smart TV has 30W sound output. It also has 3 HDMI ports, 1 USB port, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wi-Fi support.
