The video clearly shows the handset porting a similar look as the ROG Phone 2 but without any extra design curves. The entire back is smooth with the camera being the only protruding area. Even the placement of the camera stays the same along with the glowing logo. Also seen is the front side. From the looks of it, the gaming smartphone won't have a notch or a punch hole cutout at the top or the corner. You could see the chin on both the sides.
The Twitter post also reveals some of the specifications including a 6.59-inch FHD resolution display with either 120Hz refresh rate, which is there in ROG Phone 2 as well, or 144Hz. The handset could also feature a 64-megapixel rear camera along with two others, details of which are not yet known. Needless to say, the ROG Phone 3 is supposed to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor as the current gen and the previous gen ROG Phone models were also powered by the flagship Qualcomm processors of the year. And lastly, the handset is said to be backed by a 6000mAh battery, which also supports a 30W fast charger.
