Moto G50 price leaks ahead of launch, key specs revealed as well
Motorola is gearing up for the launch of a new handset under its G series. Dubbed as Moto G50, the upcoming handset has appeared in multiple leaks thus far. Now, price details of the Moto G50 have leaked online.
According to a GSMArena report, Moto G50 codenamed “Ibiza” will cost Eur 229.17 ( ₹20,000 approximately). The leaked price is for the 4GB and 128GB model of the phone. A recent Geekbench listing had revealed the phone will also be available in a 6GB RAM version. There is no word on the price details of the top-end model of the phone.
Interestingly, Moto G50 is the same phone that was rumoured as the G40. According to older rumours, the upcoming Motorola phone will come with Qualcomm’s 5G enabled Snapdragon 480 processor. The phone is also said to come with a 90Hz display with an LCD panel and HD+ resolution.
A separate listing on the TUV Rheinland certification website had revealed the phone would run on a 4,850mAh battery coupled with a 20W charger. Though some reports indicate it could come with a 10W charger. In the photography department, the phone is said to offer a combination of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 5-megapixel sensor, 2-megapixel macro sensor. The phone will reportedly come with a 13-megapixel front-facing camera.
Moto G50 will follow Motorola’s new G30 and G10 Power phones, which recently launched in India. While G30 had already launched in select markets, the Moto 10 Power is a new phone.
Moto G10 Power has launched in India for ₹9,999. The phone comes with a 6.5-inch Max Vision display with HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 octa-core processor coupled with 4GB RAM. The phone features 64GB of built-in storage. A 6,000mAh battery with 20W charger powers the phone.
