Xiaomi on Wednesday announced that it would launch Redmi Note 10 series in India next month.

The announcement comes after Redmi Note 10 series made unofficial appearances on several certification websites. According to reports, Xiaomi will launch Redmi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro as part of the new lineup.

Redmi Note 10 is said to come in two variants, 4GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage, and 6GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage. The Pro version will be available in at least three variants, 6GB/64GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/128GB. The Redmi Note 10 series is said to run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 750G processor, which also comes with 5G support. One of the models will be featuring MediaTek's Dimensity chipset.

A separate report suggests that the Pro model will have Qualcomm's Snapdragon 732G processor. It is also said to come with a 5,050mAh battery. It will pack a quad-camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor. It will run on MIUI 12 out-of-the-box. The smartphone is unlikely to come with NFC support. Other leaked specifications of Redmi Note 10 Pro are a 6.67-inch display with full HD+ resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
