Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its first smartphone of 2022 within a few days and ahead of that, we now know what it could cost. The Xiaomi 11i series will consist of a vanilla Xiaomi 11i and a beefed-up Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge. A recent revelation from a Xiaomi India official suggests that the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge could most likely have a price between ₹25,000 - ₹30,000.
Xiaomi India Chief Business Officer Raghu Reddy hints in an interview with India Today that the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge could be priced under ₹30,000. The exact price isn't confirmed though but given the entire package, the HyeprCharge variant could compete with the likes of the Oppo Reno 6 and OnePlus Nord 2.
Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge could be expensive
Given that Xiaomi India already ash the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G selling for ₹27,000, the HyperCharge could command a higher price owing to its 120W fast charging tech. There's no hint about the regular Xiaomi 11i, although we expect it to replace the ageing Xiaomi Mi 10i.

Xiaomi has been slowly revealing some of the features of the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge. The phone is based on the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G that was launched in China a few weeks ago. The biggest highlight here is the presence of the 120W fast wired charging solution, which is claimed to be an India-first.
Other than that, both the Xiaomi 11i models will be using the MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset and have a 120Hz AMOLED 6.7-inch display to drive. A 108MP main camera will be present on both these models. The phone will also feature a stereo speaker setup.
Xiaomi has confirmed launching the Xiaomi 11i series in Camo Green, Pacific Pearl, and Stealth Black colours.
On launch, the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge could have some severe competition from the soon-to-launch Vivo V23 5G.
