Redmi 8A has a new 64GB variant (Redmi)

Xiaomi's popular entry-level smartphone Redmi 8A Dual now has a higher storage variant. In addition to the 2GB, 32GB and 3GB and 32GB, Redmi 8A Dual now comes in 3GB, 64GB option. The top-end model is priced at ₹8,999 and available for purchase starting today. 

The 2GB, 32GB and 3GB and 32GB models are priced at ₹7,499 and ₹7,999 respectively. The phone comes in Midnight Grey, Sea Blue, and Sky White colour options. 

Specifications

Launched in February this year, Redmi 8A Dual features a 6.2-inch HD LCD display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone also has p2i nano coating for splash proofing.

Redmi 8A Dual sports two rear cameras, 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel. The camera also features Google Len integration. On the front, it has an 8-megapixel selfie camera. 

Redmi 8A Dual is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor. It comes with 512GB expandable storage via a microSD slot. The phone also has VoWI-Fi support out-of-the-box. 

The phone runs on a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. Redmi 8A Dual also houses USB Type-C port and supports reverse charging.
