IFA 2018: Acer launches new Aspire notebooks, Aspire Z 24 all-in-one

Acer’s new notebooks will be available in select markets starting December with price starting at ₹64,000 approximately.

Ahead of the IFA 2018 technology conference in Berlin, Acer on Wednesday launched new Aspire-series of notebooks and all-in-one PCs. Acer introduced refresh of its Aspire Z 24 all-in-one PC and new additions to its Aspire 7, Aspire 5, and Aspire 3 notebooks. All of the new Acer PCs run on Microsoft's Windows 10 operating system.

New Acer Aspire notebooks
All new Acer Aspire 7 comes with an 8-generation Intel Core i7-8705G processor along with Radeon RX Vega M GL graphics. The Aspire 5 comes with 8th gen Intel Core i7 processor with NVIDIA GeForce MX150 GPU.

Key features of Acer Aspire 7 include 15.6 inch IPS display with Ultra HD resolution, up to 16 GB DDR4 memory, up to 512 GB of PCIe NVMe RAID 0 SSD storage, and speakers featuring Dolby Atmos sound and Acer TrueHarmony technology.

Acer Aspire 5 has a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display, 7.82 mm bezel design and comes with integrated Gigabit Wi-Fi for fast data speeds. Aspire 3 has 14-inch Full HD display, up to 8GB of DDR4 2666 MHz memory, and a Precision Touchpad.

Aspire Z 24
The all-in-one is powered by the latest 8th gen Intel Core i7+ desktop processors, support for up to 32GB of Intel Optane memory and NVIDIA GeForce MX150 graphics. The device has a 23.8 inch Full HD IPS display, 10-point touch support, and 178 degrees viewing angles.

Pricing, availability
The Acer Aspire Z 24 series will be available in North America in October, starting at $899 ( ₹64,000 approximately); and in EMEA in October, starting at €899.99. The Acer Aspire 5 series will be available in EMEA in December 2018, starting at €549 ( ₹45,000 approximately). The Acer Aspire 3 series will be available in EMEA in December, starting at €399 ( ₹32,000 approximately).
