During the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event today, the South Korean company has launched a slew of smartphones and other wearable gadgets. The main highlight was on its foldable smartphone Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4, but it also launched the new Galaxy Buds 2 Pro during the event. It comes as an upgraded version of the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 which was launched last year. Featuring the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), app support and water-resistance rating, the new Samsung earbuds come with interesting specs. Know the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro price too.

Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro specs and features

Samsung has introduced the new Galaxy Buds 2 Pro providing an immersive wireless audio experience. It comes with Hi-Fi 24bit Audio, which offers a high-dynamic range. It boasts 360 Audio with direct multichannel Dolby Atmos and Dolby Head Tracking. Also, it gets a new coaxial 2-way speaker. As expected, the new earbuds come with an ANC feature to eliminate outside noise. These new Samsung earbuds are 15 percent smaller than the original Buds Pro.

Samsung says that the Buds2 Pro now features Auto Switch 30 to provide an effortless transition from TV to a call. Also, Samsung promises to offer up to 18 hours of playtime with ANC on and up to 29 hours with ANC off. It gets an IPX7 water resistance rating.

The new Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are available for pre-orders at $229.99, while they will be available on August 26. It comes in three colour options - Graphite, White and Bora Purple.
