Battlegrounds Mobile India iOS launch date: Krafton could bring the action to iPhone on August 20, says report
If you have been waiting to play Battlegrounds Mobile India, the successor to the popular PUBG Mobile on your iPhone, you might be able to do so next week.
Battlegrounds Mobile India iOS launch date is yet to be officially announced by developer Krafton, but the popular successor of the banned PUBG Mobile game has been teasing the launch of the new title for iPhone-toting gamers over the past week. A recent report suggests that the company could release Battlegrounds Mobile India for iOS as early as August 20.
The Android version of Battlegrounds Mobile India was officially launched last month, and gamers with iPhones have been patiently waiting to play this thrilling game on their smartphones. According to a report by InsideSport, the South Korean company could release Battlegrounds Mobile India next week itself.

Just a couple of days ago, we reported that Krafton had posted a teaser of the game to its social media channels including a single question mark with an apple icon at the bottom instead of the dot. While rumours have been circulating about the iOS version of Battlegrounds Mobile India ever since it was released for Android smartphones last month, the company appears to be finally gearing up for the eventual release of the game.
However, what is currently unknown is the hardware requirements for the game once it releases on iOS. For example, Battlegrounds Mobile India requires 2GB of RAM and at least Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) to run the game, which means that the iOS version of the game could also have a few minimum system requirements for the game to run smoothly. These will likely be announced once Battlegrounds Mobile India is officially released for iOS devices.
In recent news, Krafton posted its first anti-cheating report on its website, informing users that it had banned 3,36,736 accounts between July 30 and August 5. The company has stated that it will strive to implement “strong sanctions” in the game as part of its goal to get rid of “illegal programs” being used in the game. This is a practice implemented by many popular multiplayer games that actively target cheaters and helps to create a better experience for gamers online.
