Garena Free Fire App has even been removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The app has been banned by the government citing security threats. As per the report shared by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) these 54 Chinese apps have been banned because they are either cloned version or having similar functionalities, privacy issues and security threats as was the case in the previously blocked 267 apps by the government in the year 2020.
