Joy for gamers! Big BGMI-Spider-Man No Way Home tie-up announced; here's what you get

BGMI has teased its collaboration with new film, Spider-Man No Way Home. The crossover will bring exciting rewards and game modes.

BGMI takes to Instagram, says all set to bring Spider-Man to the game!

Spider-Man No Way Home has just hit the box office, and the excitement around the movie is at its peak. Now, taking the gamers' excitement a notch higher, Krafton has released a new teaser poster hinting at Battlegrounds Mobile India's (BGMI) collaboration with Marvel's new superhero film. But the game developer is yet to reveal the start date of the partnership or what exactly the crossover will have for players. But it is speculated that players may get a Spider-Man costume, new cosmetics, and a limited-period game mode. Krafton took to Instagram to post this: “Whoa! Spider-Man is coming to BGMI soon!”

Notably, it's not the first collaboration of Battlegrounds Mobile India with the popular game/TV show. Last month, BGMI announced its partnerships with Riot Games' Arcane series — based on League of Legends. The crossover came with the BGMI 1.7 update that brought Mirror Island mode to the Erangel, Livik, and Sanhok maps. The collaboration enables the gamers to enter the Mirror World mode through the Wind Wall portal on the ground pick one of the four characters of League of Legends and Arcane — Caitlyn, Jayce, Jinx, and Vi.

The crossover between Battlegrounds Mobile India and League of Legends also brought certain special rewards that the players get after killing a monster.

Furthermore, Krafton had collaborated with Liverpool FC wherein players were able to participate in the You'll Never Walk Alone event and get exciting rewards like Liverpool FC-branded parachute, backpack, and jersey.

Moreover, BGMI is not the only one to merge with Marvel's new action movie. Epic Games' one-of-its-kind first-person shooter title, Fortnite too welcomed the action film to the island during its holiday-themed event Winterfest. The event went live on December 16 and will run till January 6, 2022. During this event, the players will get a chance to win a bunch of exciting rewards including (via Polygon) two outfits, two pickaxes, two wraps, one glider, one contrail, one emote, one lobby track, one loading screen, one emoticon, one spray, and one banner.

Gamers can also participate in Winterfest Queststo unlock Snowmando Board Glider or the Frosty Back Bling.
