PUBG Mobile India directors have no idea when the game is going to launch
While PUBG Mobile fans are waiting for the game to relaunch in the country, reports have it that PUBG Mobile India directors have no clue about the relaunch yet.
PUBG Mobile had announced just a little before Diwali that the game is going to launch in India soon. However, it looks like the wait is going to be longer. While PUBG Mobile’s Indian alternative FAU-G has already made its pre-registrations live on the Google Play Store, the PUBG Mobile India game is yet to even get a green signal from the government.
Latest reports suggest that the directors of PUBG Mobile India are “clueless” about when the game is going to launch here.
According to a report in InsideSport, a former director, who was in the know of operations at PUBG Mobile India, has said that the current directors at PUBG Mobile India are clueless about the relaunch.
“No one knows the real timelines for the Mobile version comeback in India, not even the Promoters or Directors. When the government bans something, resumption can only happen via their orders,” the report states.
Older reports have it that PUBG Mobile India tried to fix a meeting with the government but have not managed to yet since the government is yet to respond to their request.
PUBG Mobile India’s launch plans have been stuck in limbo for a while now and they also cannot proceed unless they are allowed by the government to do so.
What we do know so far about the PUBG Mobile India game is that it is going to be a version tailored for the country and for starters will be available for Android devices only.
There have been certain reports indicating that the game is going to release in early 2021 and not any time soon.
