Billie Eilish Amazon Echo Studio priced at $229.99 on launch

Amazon Echo Studio has been designed in partnership with US singer Billie Eilish who is known for songs like All Good Girls Go To Hell.

Amazon Echo Studio was first released at Amazon's annual event in 2019 priced at $199.99. In India, the Echo Studio price was ₹22,999. Now, nearly two years later, Amazon has launched a special version of Echo Studio that has been designed in partnership with famous American singer Billie Eilish who is known for songs like Happier Than Ever, All Good Girls Go To Hell, Getting Older, and Everything I Wanted among others.

“My new limited-edition Echo Studio is available for pre-order now...I can't wait for my cutie fans to be able to listen to my new album Happier Than Ever in spatial audio, available on Amazon Music Unlimited,” Billie Eilish said on the occasion.

The special edition of Echo Studio called the Billie Eilish Limited-Edition Echo Studio is priced at $229.99 ( ₹19,962 approx) in the US and it is already available for pre-ordering in the country. Amazon said that it will start shipping the Billie Eilish Limited-Edition Echo Studio to the Billie Eilish fans in October this year. As a part of the launch offer, Amazon will offer customers a free six-month subscription to Amazon Music Unlimited with the device.

As far as specs and features are concerned, Amazon hasn't really changed the hardware of the Echo Studio. What it has done is adorned the Echo Studio smart speaker with the album's cover art with Billie at the forefront against a backdrop of soft beige-hued fabric.

As far as the features are concerned, the Amazon Echo Studio has a 5.25-inch woofer that delivers a peak power of 330W to produce deep bass. It has a 1-inch tweeter and three 2-inch midrange speakers that deliver dynamic midranges and crisp high frequencies. It also has a 24-bit DAC and a power amplifier with 100 kHz of bandwidth for high-res lossless music playback.

With the Billie Eilish Limited-Edition Echo Studio, users can set alarms to the singer's songs or make Amazon's smart assistant, Alexa, play top Billie Eilish songs. Amazon said that soon, users will also be able to set special Billie Eilish alarms using the Billie Eilish Limited-Edition Echo Studio.
