The Vivo X70 Pro and Vivo X70 Pro Plus smartphones are all set to launch today, when the company will unveil its flagship X70 series smartphones in the country. The launch event, like most other events in the country, will be held virtually and live-streamed on social media platforms and online, due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. We already know a lot about the Vivo X70 series which is set to be launched in the country at 12 PM today, thanks to the launch of the smartphones in China earlier this month. Vivo has previously revealed that the X70 Pro and X70 Pro Plus will both feature an Ultra-sensing Gimbal Camera as well as a Zeiss T coating. According to 91Mobiles, the Vivo X70 Pro is expected to launch with the Exynos 1080 SoC and a 4.450mAh battery with 44W charging, while the Vivo X70 Pro Plus model could come bearing the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC and a 4500mAh battery with 55W charging under the hood.

On the camera front, the Vivo X70 Pro smartphone is expected to come with a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultrawide lens, along with 12MP and 8MP sensors for depth and telephoto photography respectively, and a 32 MP selfie shooter on the front. Meanwhile, the Vivo X70 Pro Plus smartphone is expected to come with a 50MP camera sensor 12MP ultrawide lens, and 12MP and 8MP sensors for depth and telephoto photography respectively. The Vivo X70 Pro Plus could also come with a 32 MP front-facing camera.

The Chinese price of the Vivo X70 Pro price is RMB 4299 (approx ₹49,300) for the 8GB/128GB model and RMB 4599 (approx ₹52,700) for the 8GB/256GB variant. Meanwhile, the Chinese price of the Vivo X70 Pro Plus price is RMB 5499 (approx ₹63,130) for the 8GB/256GB, RMB 5999 (approx ₹68,800) for the 12GB/256GB and RMB 6999 (approx 80,300) for the 12GB/512GB version. However, it remains to be seen whether these variants are launched in the country and how the company will price these devices in India.
