The iPhone SE 3 is an interesting device to say the least. While Apple went back to its iPhone 8 design to give the smartphone a retro look, which received mostly mixed reviews, it equipped it with the latest and most powerful Apple A15 Bionic chipset, the same one which powers the iPhone 13 lineup. This created a unique confusion for many potential buyers who wanted an entry-level iPhone which the iPhone SE 3 price fulfilled, but also the experience of the modern display and sleek design which it did not. And then, to increase the confusion further, the Samsung Galaxy A73 was launched a month later that offered a completely different proposition. The iPhone SE 3 features a 4.7-inch IPS LCD display. One of the selling points of this device is its portability and smaller screen. Although compared to other smartphones which freely give out AMOLED displays, some buyers might find it a little off-putting. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy A73 comes with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. While the display boasts of the modern specifications, those buyers looking for a smaller phone would have to deal with a large display size.

iPhone SE 3 vs Samsung Galaxy A73 – Battery

The iPhone SE 3 is a smaller device and as such, it does carry a smaller battery. The company claims that the battery will benefit from a better battery life compared to its predecessor with a more advanced chipset. In our review, we found that upon moderate usage, the smartphone easily makes it to the end of the day with 20-25% charge left.

On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy A73 benefits from a larger 5,000 mAh battery. We found in our review of the smartphone that on moderate usage, the smartphone still has 35-40% of the battery left at the end of the day.
