Micromax has launched their latest smartphone in India - the Micromax In 2b. The Micromax In 2b succeeds the Micromax In 1b that the company launched last year in the country. The new smartphone comes with features like a 6.52-inch HD+ display with a watersdrop-style notch, a 5,000mAh battery, etc. The device is powered by the Unisoc T610 SoC and comes with dual cameras on the back and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. The cameras are housed inside a rectangular module and the volume rockers and the power button are placed on the right side of the device. There is a dual pattern on the back panel as well.

The Micromax In 2b supports dual-SIMs (Nano) and runs on Android 11. There is a 6.52-inch HD+ waterdrop-style notch display which comes with 400 nits brightness, 89% screen-to-body ratio, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by the Unisoc T610 octa-core SoC, paired with up to 6GB RAM. The internal storage on the Micromax In 2b is 64GB and it comes with the option to expand further with a microSD card, up to 256GB.

The dual cameras on the back include a 13MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP secondary sensor. There is a 5MP camera on the front housed in a waterdrop-style notch. Camera features on the Micromax In 2b include night mode, background portrait, motion photo, beauty mode, play and pause video shoot, full-HD front, and back recording.

Connectivity options on the Micromax In 2b include dual VoWiFi, dual VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5, and USB Type-C port. Besides the fingerprint sensor on the back, there is Face ID support as well for security, and sensors onboard include a proximity sensor, a light sensor, and an accelerometer.

The new Micromax In 2b is priced at ₹7,999 for the 4GB/64GB model and ₹8,999 for the 6GB/64GB model. The smartphone is available in Black, Blue, and Green colour options and it is going to be available on both Flipkart and Micromaxinfo.com. The first sale for the Micromax In 2b is going to take place on August 6 at 12 PM.
