The Moto G82 is all about its display – it gets a massive 6.6-inch AMOLED display with 10-bit colours, a resolution FHD+, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and support for DCI-P3 colours. This helps the Moto G82 join the Redmi Note 11 Pro series devices as the best-in-class display on any smartphone right now.
The rest of the stuff is standard Motorola affair that we have grown tired to seeing throughout the year. A Snapdragon 695 chipset takes care of the performance credentials along with LPDDR4X RAM. The phone boots Android 12 out of the box with Motorola's custom skin for enabling customisation.
The cameras is where the emphasis is laid again this time. The rear camera setup consists of a 50MP main camera with OIS, which is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The front camera uses a 16MP sensor sitting in the punch-hole cutout.
When it comes to the audio output, the Moto G82 gets a stereo speaker setup along with support for Dolby Atmos. The entire thing relies on a 5000mAh battery and Motorola is offering only a 33W TurboPower wired charging solution in the box. The phone also carries IP52 water resistance rating.
