The year 2021 has already seen a huge number of launches, but that does not mean there will be no more. From Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, Z Fold 3, iPhone 13 to Google Pixel 6, here are more launches that are in the pipeline.

The season of smartphone launches is here. Today, Samsung will be hosting its second-biggest Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event, during which it will be launching its next generation of foldable display smartphones along with its next generation of wearables including Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch Active 4 among others. Samsung apart, Apple will be hosting its fall event in which it will be launching its next generation of smartphones, that is, the iPhone 13 series. Then there is Google, which is expected to host an event in the fall this year wherein it will be launching its next-generation Pixel 6 smartphones. Last, but not the least, there is Realme, which will be hosting an event later this month for the launch of the Realme GT series smartphones. So, here are the top smartphones likely to launch in the second half of 2021:

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has been in the news for quite some time now. As per reports, Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphone will come with a 6.7-inches AMOLED foldable primary display with a resolution of 2640x1080 pixels, and a 1.9-inches secondary display. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage space and it will run on Android 11-based OneUI 3.1. On the camera front, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will come with a 10MP selfie camera and a 12MP+12MP rear camera setup. It is tipped to come with a 3,300mAh battery with support for fast charging and wireless charging technologies.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 smartphone specs too have been leaked online. The upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 3 smartphone is tipped to come with a 7.6-inches dynamic AMOLED primary display with a screen refresh rate of 120Hz and a 6.2-inches super AMOLED external display will come with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 processor that will be coupled with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage space. It is likely to sport a 12MP+12MP+12MP rear camera setup and a 4MP+10MP front camera setup. It will be backed by a 4,400mAh battery.

Realme GT

Realme will be hosting a special event on August 18 in India wherein the company will be launching its Realme GT series smartphones. This new series will include two smartphones -- the Realme GT and the Realme GT Master Edition. As per the Flipkart list, this upcoming series is expected to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888/ Snapdragon 778G 5G SoCs based on the model that is coupled with 65W super dart charging technology. On the display front, it is expected to come with a 120Hz super AMOLED display with a 360Hz touch sampling rate. Additionally, it is expected to come with a triple rear camera setup and a punch-hole display that is stacked towards the right end.

Apple iPhone 13

Coming to the iPhone 13 series smartphones, it is expected to launch in September this year. It is likely to feature four models -- the iPhone 13, the iPhone 13 Mini, the iPhone 13 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro Max. All of these models are tipped to get an OLED display and 5G connectivity. Additionally, the upcoming iPhone 13 series smartphones is likely to be powered by Apple's A15 Bionic chipset and run on iOS 15. Apple is expected to add support for reverse wireless charging technology in the Pro models of its iPhone 13 series.

Google Pixel 6 series

Google is tipped to launch the Pixel 6 series smartphones consisting of the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro smartphones. Google has already shared an image of the design that shows that the upcoming smartphone will come with a triple rear camera setup with an LED flash that is placed inside a horizontally stacked camera setup that covers a significant part of the phone's back. Google has also confirmed that its upcoming Pixel 6 series will be powered by Google's own Google Tensor chip with a new Titan M2 security chip. It will come with the company's brand new Material You design and run on Android 12.
