Vivo Y12s launched in India, priced at ₹9,990

Vivo on Tuesday announced the launch of a new handset in India. Called Y12s, the smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery. Aimed at the budget segment, Vivo's new phone is available for ₹9,990.

Vivo Y12s comes in two colour options, Phantom Black and Glacier Blue. You can purchase the phone through Vivo India e-store, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Tatacliq, and across all Vivo's partner retail stores.

Vivo Y12s specifications

The smartphone measures 164.41×76.32×8.41mm and weighs around 191 grams. It comes with a 6.51-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution. On the software front, it runs on FunTouch OS 11, which is based on Android 11.

Vivo Y12s runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The phone comes with 32GB of built-in storage. A 5,000mAh battery powers the phone. It also has a 10W charger.

In the photography department, Vivo Y12s has two rear cameras featuring 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors. On the front, it has an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

Other features of the phone include microUSB, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS.

Vivo Y15A

Vivo recently launched Y51A in India. Priced at ₹17,990, Vivo Y51A comes with a 6.58-inch full HD+ IPS LCD display. It runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM. The phone comes with 128GB storage. A 5,000mAh battery powers the phone.

In the photography department, Vivo Y51A offers a combination of 48-megapixel, 8-megapixel, and 2-megapixel sensors on the back. On the front, it has a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
