Vivo has been expanding its affordable smartphone lineup lately and the Vivo Y21G is the latest option in the lineup. Starting at Rs. 13,990, the Y21G takes on the likes of a Moto G31, Infinix Note 11 and a couple of other 4G smartphones under Rs. 15,000. The phone is available in two colours — Midnight Blue and Diamond Glow.

The Vivo Y21G is essentially a mild refresh of the Vivo Y21 launched last year. As part of the upgrades, consumers will get a more powerful chipset and a cheaper price tag. The Y21G is mainly aimed at those seeking. Stylish smartphone at an affordable price range. Here are all details.

Vivo Y21G features at a glance

The Vivo Y21G features a 8.0 mm thin body in a 2.5D flat frame that weights 182g. The phone holds a large 6.51-inch HD+ IPS LCD display and a notch on the top. The phone relies on the MediaTek Helio G70 chipset, and Vivo is offering it only with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage as tdnard. The smartphone comes with a fingerprint sensor along with a face unlock feature for faster unlocking. Vivo offers FunTouchOS 12 based on Android 12 experience, which is rare in this budget smartphone space today.

The newly updated Ultra Game Mode is said to offer a better gaming experience with enhanced performance. Additionally, the extended RAM feature provides an additional 1 GB memory aid multitasking. The phone relies on a 5000mAh battery and Vivo is offering an 18W fast wired charging solution.

Lastly, the cameras. The Vivo Y21G comes with a dual-camera setup, consisting of a 13MP primary sensor and 2MP macro camera. Vivis loading it with a wide range of camera features such as Personalized Portrait Mode, Super HDR, and Super Night Mode for enhanced photography. On the front, it gets an 8MP selfie camera with AI beautifying feature.
