Worried whether Samsung foldables suit you? Return them to Flipkart

The Flipkart Love it or Return it scheme is applicable on Samsung foldables. Buyers can return even these expensive phones within a 15-day period as part of the scheme.

Have you ever been worried about buying a phone online and then not liking it after unboxing? With no returns on smartphone orders, trying out a new phone often ends up being a costly exercise that leaves buyers frustrated. Now, Flipkart wants to change that. Partnering with Samsung, it has launched its “Love it or Return it” scheme. As the name suggests, you can return the phone if you do not like it within a period of 15 days.

The Love it or Return it scheme is currently applicable on the two Samsung foldables: the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3. “Customers can place an order on Flipkart and experience the device for up to 15 days, post which they have the option to return it if they are dissatisfied for any reason with the smartphone experience,” says Flipkart. Flipkart to accept smartphone returns within 15-day period However, the return process will verify the condition of the device before accepting the return. “Following a quality check to ensure the device is in complete working condition, customers will receive a full refund on the smartphone purchase value, which will be reimbursed to their bank account.”

If the buyer is dissatisfied, they will need to click on the return request Web link shared by Flipkart. They will need to enter the IMEI number to validate and then enter personal details, device details, and bank account details, This will be for successful return request submission, following which a ticket number will be generated for the user.

Flipkart will eventually send an email that will share an app for the buyer to download. This app will be used for diagnosis and check whether the phone is working. Once checked, a Flipkart personnel will schedule a pick up with the buyer and upon physical verification, the return process will be collected.

Flipkart's Samsung foldables scheme is currently available for customers from Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi, Mumbai, Gurugram, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chennai and Vadodara. They can avail this offering on the Flipkart app starting November 4, 2021.
