Xiaomi Mi 10i with 108MP camera to launch in India today
Xiaomi is going to launch the Mi 10i in India today. Mi 10i is confirmed to feature a 108-megapixel camera with four rear sensors in total, and 5G support. Xiaomi India head Manu Kumar Jain has also confirmed that the Mi 10i will cost below ₹30,000 in India.
Xiaomi has scheduled an event for the Mi 10i that will start at 12:00 pm today. The launch event will be live streamed on mi.com, and on Xiaomi’s YouTube channel as well. Xiaomi hasn’t revealed much about the Mi 10i in terms of specs but we already got a good look at the phone’s design. Mi 10i has a circular camera module housing four sensors. It has a gradient finish in two colour options of Atlantic Blue and Pacific Sunrise.
Mi 10i also has a Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The smartphone also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a punch-hole display. The phone’s design is exactly like the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G that launched in China last month. Mi 10i is also rumoured to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G. If so then we can expect Mi 10i to feature a 6.67-inch full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 750 processor, pack a 4,820mAh battery with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
In addition to the 108-megapixel camera, Mi 10i will also feature a 13-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies.
