Xiaomi tipped to launch Mi 11 Lite in India soon

The Mi 11 Lite made its debut in March this year alongside the Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11i.

Xiaomi is expected to launch another Mi 11 smartphone in India. It's the Mi 11 Lite that made its debut in March this year. Xiaomi hasn't officially announced the launch yet but a teaser suggests it. The Mi 11 Lite India launch has also been tipped, and the 4G variant is expected to arrive here.

A teaser shared by Xiaomi India's marketing lead Sumit Sonal hints at the launch of Mi 11 Lite. The cryptic teaser reportedly reads “Lite and Loaded” which is supposed to highlight the Mi 11 Lite. Tipster Abhishek Yadav also suggests Xiaomi is launching the Mi 11 Lite 4G in India soon. There's no official word yet but considering Xiaomi's already launched three Mi 11 phones in India, it's most likely the Mi 11 Lite. The smartphone was made official in March along with the Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11i.

Mi 11 Lite comes in 4G and 5G variants with not much difference between the two phones. The smartphone features a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a punch-hole camera. It comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. On the Mi 11 Lite you get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G processor,and on the 5G variant there's the Snapdragon 780G processor. Both phones pack a 4250mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

There's a triple rear camera setup on the Mi 11 Lite with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, and a 5-megapixel tele macro lens. The Mi 11 Lite 4G model features a 16-megapixel front camera. You get a 20-megapixel front camera on the Mi 11 Lite 5G. On the software front, both phones run MIUI 12 with Android 11.
