(Representative Image) (Amritanshu / HT Tech) ![Author Photo](https://images.hindustantimes.com/tech/static/revamp/images/png/HTTech-new-circle-logo.png) ### By AMRITANSHU MUKHERJEE After the Apple cloth, the internet has been at its best trolling the company for hyping up a wipe cloth and selling it at an exorbitant price. And when it comes to trolling Apple, how can arch rival Samsung back out? After all those years of trolling the iPhone's lack of headphone jack and the charger, Samsung is now taking a jibe at the Apple cloth with its own cloth. Yes! In Germany, Samsung has been promoting its own Samsung cloth in the Galaxy Members app, reports GalaxyClub. Obviously, the Samsung Cloth is larger than the Apple's version at 20 cm x 20 cm and is meant to clean dust off the Samsung Galaxy devices. But the harshest bit is Samsung giving away the cloth for free, as opposed to Apple asking INR 1,900 for the same. ## Samung trolls Apple again As if this was not enough, Samsung apparently shared the following message in the Members app. “The Samsung Galaxy care cloth: 20 x 20cm in size and velvety soft. It cleans the display of your Samsung Galaxy or other surfaces such as B. Monitors. It is available free of charge for you as a Samsung member.” Apple may have gone Ouch. Also read click here. Apple cloth, priced at INR 1900, left the Internet shocked and awed. It birthed the best of memes as surfers reacted with disbelief, fury, even wonder at the temerity of Apple. It birthed the best of memes as surfers reacted with disbelief, fury, even wonder at the temerity of Apple. (Apple) "Click on "Register now", follow the further steps of registration and if you are one of the first 1000 participants, you will receive a Samsung Galaxy cleaning cloth in the mail after your data has been successfully checked," said Samsung in the following statement. Unlike Apple, Samsung isn't actually selling this as a commercial product. This is just a part of a limited-run campaign to make fun of Apple, and possibly ascertaining once again how Samsung's ecosystem is logical and smarter. While this surely gave us a good laugh, we should not forget Samsung doing such trolling in the past and eventually following Apple's footsteps. Samsung had trolled Apple for skipping the charger with the iPhone 12, and later removed the on-box charger with the Galaxy S21 series. A few years ago, it was the headphone jack that Samsung trolled, and eventually kicked it out fo its Galaxy S and Note series phones.
