Xiaomi’s Redmi Display A1 with 23.8-inch screen size launched in China: Here’s the price and specifications
Redmi Display A1 is a 23.8-inch full-HD IPS LCD panel display and the first PC component by the company.
Xiaomi seems to be in a product launch spree these days. A few days ago it introduced an 18W dual-port charger, screwdriver kit, Redmi Smart TV and new Redmi laptops in China. Now, it has launched the Redmi Display A1 in its home country. This announcement comes right when the company is about to launch its Redmi-branded or Mi laptops in India.
As listed on the official website, the Redmi Display A1 costs CNY 499 (roughly Rs. 5,300) and will be shipping out soon to customers.
There's nothing much to talk about the new display by Xiaomi's Redmi. It is a 23.8-inch full-HD IPS LCD panel display and the first PC component by the company. As per the firm, the display measures 7.3mm at its thinnest point. The bezels at the top and sides are thinner while the one at the bottom (chin) is slightly thicker. The Redmi monitor also has a 178-degree field of view and is TUV Rheinland-certified, which means the Blue light emission will be under control and won't be a strain for your eyes while working on it for hours.
Redmi Display A1 shows the content in 16:9 aspect ratio at 60Hz refresh rate and 250cd/m² brightness with 1000:1 contrast ratio. It has a 6ms response rate as well. And for the connectivity, you get VGA and HDMI ports at the back of the screen.
Meanwhile, Redmi is all geared up for a new product launch in India today. The company has been dropping teasers on the launch of Mi or Redmi-branded laptops. However, it is not for sure which model will be coming to India. Alternately, since there is a mention of the phrase ‘Its time' in each teaser video, it might also be the Mi Watch (also because Realme just launched their smart watch?).
