How Killcams work

After the end of any match in CoD Mobile, the game shows a kill cam to replay the final kill. Responding to a Reddit post that pointed out at a “bug”, CoD Mobile explained that the kill cam is not an exact replay of the actual gameplay. Instead, it is just a simulation to best represent the final kill in the game. CoD Mobile, however, acknowledged the kill cams may look weird sometimes.

“The most important thing to say about all of this is that the data is a simulation. Meaning, it can potentially end up looking weird, a little off, or just flat out wrong. This can happen due to lag that occurred (server-side or by the player) at the time the data was being recorded. There are even times when we have the kill cam specifically turned off in certain modes to prevent performance issues,” developers explained.

Bug fixes

Call of Duty Mobile acknowledged the bug relating to missing voice overs. It also confirmed issues with VOIP (Voice Chat) not working in-game and primarily in Battle Royale. Other key bugs CoD Mobile confirmed are authorisation issues. Call of Duty developers promised to roll out a fix for these bugs at the earliest.
