Here is some great news for fans! With the launch date of Apple iPhone 14 coming closer, a new report has said that the company will even be providing it satellite connectivity. However, this iPhone 14 service will be limited to use of text messages, while photos and voice calls will be supported later. The information was provided by AppleTrack over its Twitter account, "A new report says Apple WILL be launching satellite connectivity on iPhone 14. As launch, the service will be limited to brief text messages, with photos and voice calls not supported until later..." Earlier AppleTrack had also shared pictures of dummy units of iPhone 14 showing new colour options including blue, purple and more.

The official date for the launch event titled Far Out of iPhone 14 series will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. According to the information provided by Apple on its official website, the Apple iPhone 14 launch event will start at 10:30 PM IST. The Apple event can be watched online at or on the Apple TV app.

According to leaks and reports, Apple is expected to launch iPhone 14 series along with the Apple Watch Series 8 devices. Apple is expected to launch 4 iPhone 14 models including iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. However, other than the event's time and date, and where it can be watched live, the company has not yet revealed about the products it will be launching.

According to the leaks and rumours, the base iPhone 14 is expected to come with a price tag starting from $799, iPhone 14 Max at $899 followed by iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max with a price tag of $1,099 and $1,199 respectively.

Also, according to the information provided by leaker @Jioriku on Twitter, iPhone 14 will get colour options like Green, Purple, Blue, Black, White and Red. The leaskster also informed that the Pink colour is replaced with purple. While the iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max will get colour options including Green, Purple, Silver, Gold, and Graphite. Here Purple takes the place of Sierra Blue.
