BSNL revises broadband plans, users will get extra data benefits at existing price
BSNL has increased the data limits for broadband users of the Andaman & Nicobar circle. Users don’t need to pay any extra charge.
Government-owned telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has to revise its broadband plans for new and existing customers of the Andaman and Nicobar circle. The UT has the highest broadband tariffs in India and hence, the company has decided to give users some relief by increasing benefits. Now, the users will get more data at the same price. BSNL has also increased the Pre-FUP speed limit in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The new broadband plans of BSNL - Fiber and DSL, have been revised with the following benefits.
BSNL revised FTTH broadband plans
The ₹499 plan that offers 40 GB data at 10 MBPS will now be offering 70 GB data at 15 MBPS after which the speed will be reduced to 512 Kbps. The ₹799 which currently offers 60 GB data will be providing 120GB data to the users that are double the existing data offer. The internet speed will be 30 MBPS to 120GB after which it will be reduced to 512 Kbps.
The last broadband plan under ₹1000 is priced at ₹999. Under this plan, users will be getting 40 Mbps upto 200GB and after 512 Kbps.
The ₹1499 and ₹1899 plans have also been revised and will be offering 300GB at 80 MBPS and 500 GB at 100 MBPS respectively.
In addition, ₹2799, ₹3999, ₹5999 and ₹7999 has also been reformulated. Now users subscribing to these plans will be getting internet data of 750GB, 1100GB, 1800GB and 2500GB respectively. These plans also offer a FUP speed of up to 2Mbps, 4 Mbps, 5 Mbps and 10 Mbps respectively.
BSNL revised DSL broadband plans
BSNL has also reformulated DSL broadband plans in the Andaman and Nicobar circle. The DSL broadband plans from BSNL in the circle starts from ₹350 and offer 10 Mbps speed. There are four tariffs priced under ₹1000 that will give users additional data benefits. The data limit of ₹350 tariffs has been increased from 30 GB to 50 GB whereas the data limit of ₹650 and ₹1000 has been increased upto 150GB and 250GB respectively. The telecom company is also providing broadband plans of ₹1400, ₹1750, ₹2750, ₹3750, ₹5000, and ₹7500 with amazing data benefits and unlimited 24-hr free calling on any network across the country.
