The Apple iPhone 13 series is out and whether you love it or loathe it, there's a lot of attention surrounding this phone at the moment. In India, the iPhone 13 series is going on sale from September 25 while those who pre-booked them will start getting deliveries from September 24. Compared to last year's iPhone 12, Apple has not increased the prices of the 2021 models. That said, these are still premium phones that will empty out your wallet. However, as far as iPhone 13 price is concerned, there is a clever way to save ₹6,000.

Apple is not giving a flat discount on the iPhone 13 series at launch yet but there are some bank offers that allow buyers to take advantage. If you are using the HDFC Bank Credit and Debit cards for making the transaction while buying the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, you will get a cashback of ₹6,000.

The offer is only applicable for HDFC Bank customers and stays the same for all retailers. For more details, buyers should check with the retailer before making the transaction. The cashback offer is applicable on all the four models of the iPhone 13 series.

Do note that Apple is only putting up the higher storage variants of all the models. The 128GB base variant on the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini are unavailable at the moment. Apple has also put the sales of the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max at the moment, with both models unavailable. The Apple online store in India is taking pre-orders from September 24 and shows a waiting period of 5-6 weeks.

The new iPhone 13 models are more of an iterative update this year than a drastic change. All iPhone 13 models get bigger batteries this year, promising up to 2.5 hours of extra battery life over the iPhone 12 series. The standard models get the advanced sensor-shift stabilization system on the main cameras while the Pro variants get a new 3X optical zoom camera. The display notch is smaller this year across the lineup, with Pro models getting the 120Hz refresh rate feature.
