iPhone XR price cut makes it cost LESS than Redmi Note 10 Pro; for ₹18,599!
iPhone XR price cut on Amazon has dropped the price to ₹18,599 for the base variant. Know how to get it.
iPhone XR price cut: The Apple iPhone XR is one of the oldest iPhone models still on sale and with occasional price cuts and discounts, it keeps going strong. Amazon continues to offer it at a discounted price that is much closer to the compact iPhone SE. In fact, for almost the price of the 128GB iPhone SE 2020, you can buy the base iPhone XR. But what if we tell you that you can buy the iPhone XR for the price of a Redmi Note 10 Pro Max?
Yes, if you play your cards right, Amazon will sell you a brand new iPhone XR with 64GB storage for ₹18,599, which is the same price as a base model Redmi Note 10 Pro Max. That makes it a much better deal than the much smaller and impractical iPhone SE 2020, which is just an iPhone 8 with the internals of the iPhone 11. However, a lot of terms and conditions apply in order to buy it at that price.
iPhone XR price cut to ₹18,599
The iPhone XR is currently selling at a price of ₹34,999 on Amazon for the base version. This price applies across all the colour variants, including the Product Red variant. Note that the new units of the iPhone XR do not come with a charging adapter; only the phone and the Lightning to USB-C cable.
However, you can avail the exchange offer to bring down the price further. Amazon is offering an exchange bonus of up to ₹14,900 if you give away your old device. Furthermore, if you make the transaction via Yes Bank or American Express Credit Card EMI, you can get an addition discount of ₹1500. This brings the price down to ₹18,599.
Obviously, the exchange offer depends on the choice and conditions of your older device. Moreover, Amazon isn't offering the full cashback amount even on the some fairly new iPhone models. For example, enquiring exchange rates for an iPhone 12 Pro Max, which is vastly superior to the iPhone XR, only returned a value of ₹10,900. Android phones returned much less.
That said, you can always sell your older phone via the second-hand market and get more value for your device than what Amazon offers.
