iQOO 10 series may become FIRST to support 200W fast charging
Will the upcoming iQOO 10 series bring the world’s FIRST fastest charging solution of 200W? This is what a new leak suggests about iQOO 10.
iQOO 10 series has been at the centre of numerous rumours and leaks for quite some months now. Earlier, it was tipped that the flagship model of the series will feature the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Now, a tweet by the popular Weibo tech blogger Digital Chat Station says that iQOO 10 is expected to offer a massive 200W fast charging option! If that happens, then this will be the first phone to do so, as till now no other smartphone has this feature. At best, the Realme GT Neo 3 offered a 150W charging option for the first time.
The tweet by Digital Chat Station reads, “OnePlus and iQOO's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 are currently tentatively scheduled for the second half of July, and three new models with 160W/165W/200W chargers.." As the flagship model of the iQOO 10 series is tipped to pack the flagship chipset, the leaks hint that the iQOO 10 series will offer a 200W charging solution.
The leak further suggested that the upcoming iQOO phone will use the Vivo's V1 image chip which has been used in the Vivo X70 Pro. Besides this, the iQOO 10 series is expected to feature a 6.78-inch 2K LTPO high-brush flexible screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and may be powered by the 4700mAh battery that we have seen in the iQOO 9 too, which is the current flagship series of the iQOO. Earlier, it was tipped that the upcoming iQOO series will feature two models - a standard iQOO 10 and the premium iQOO 10 Pro. There are several reports that hint at the arrival of the iQOO 10 series in the last half of July 2022 though iQOO is still silent about it.
