In a big setback for the South Korean tech major, the details about the still-to-be launched Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 3, including price and specifications, have been leaked. And this has happened just a week before the launch event itself. The leaks have left virtually nothing to the imagination, if they are to be believed, that is.

Samsung is all set to host its second Galaxy Unpacked event of the year on August 11. At its first Galaxy Unpacked event of the year, the tech-giant launched its Galaxy S21 series of smartphones. This time around, the company is expected to launch its next-generation of foldable-display smartphones, Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 foldable display smartphones along with Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, Galaxy Buds 2. Here are all the details that have been leaked about the upcoming foldable display smartphones:

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 expected price and specs

According to tipster Snoopy Tech, the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 3 smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor that will be coupled with 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB of storage space and a 4,400mAh battery. It will come with a 7.6-inch AMOLED display with a screen refresh ratio of 120Hz and a resolution of 2208x1768 pixels. This will be the primary display. There will be a secondary 6.2-inch AMOLED display with a screen refresh ratio of 120Hz. In terms of the camera, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will sport a 10MP+4MP camera in the front and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor + 12MP primary sensor + 12MP zoom lens at the back. It will come with IPX8 dust and waterproof coating.

As per a separate report by tipster Evan Blass, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be available in two variants. While the 256GB variant will be available for 1,899 Euros, the 512GB variant will be available for 1,999 Euros.

Coming to Galaxy Z Flip 3, it is expected to have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a screen refresh rate of 120Hz, which will act as the primary display. For the secondary display, it is likely to come with a 1.9-inch screen. The phone is tipped to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC that is coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. It is likely to come with IP68 dust and water-resistant coating and feature support for a 3,300 mAh watery with a 15W charger. On the camera front, it is likely to come with a 12 MP main camera + a 12 wide-angle camera at the back and a 10MP camera in the front.

Coming to the price, Blass says that Galaxy Z Flip 3 will also be available in two variants, each of which will be priced at 1,099 EUR and 1,149 EUR.
