Mi 10T series is coming to India on October 15, Pro variant offers 108MP camera

Xiaomi’s long-awaited Mi 10T series will come to India on October 15. Here is what you can expect from the new 5G phones in India.

Mi 10T is coming to India (Xiaomi)

Xiaomi on Monday formally announced it will soon launch the Mi 10T series in India. The company will host a virtual event on October 15 at 12 PM IST to unveil the new series.

In case you did not know, Mi 10T is a new premium smartphone lineup features as many as three phones – Mi 10T Lite, Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro. The phones have already launched in Europe. Keeping up with the trends, the phones offer 5G connectivity.

The cheapest in the lot is Mi 10T Lite. It features a 6.67-inch DotDisplay with 20:9 aspect ratio, Full HD+ resolution, 450nits brightness, and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The back and front panels come with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. For performance, it has Snapdragon 750G processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB storage. A 4,820mAh battery powers the phone. It supports 33W wired fast charging.

Mi 10T Lite's quad-camera setup features 64-megapixel wide-angle sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, 2-megapixel macro sensor, and 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front has a 16-megapixel in-display selfie camera.

Mi 10T Lite is available in Atlantic Blue, Pearl Gray and Rose Gold Beach colour options. In Europe, the phone is available for a starting price of Eur 279 ( ₹24,000 approximately).

Mi 10T Pro also features a 6.67-inch DotDisplay with 20:9 aspect ratio, Full HD+ resolution, 450nits brightness, and up to 144Hz refresh rate. Powered by Snapdragon 865 SoC, Mi 10T Pro comes in 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB RAM and storage combinations. The phone has 108-megapixel wide-angle sensor, 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and 5-megapixel macro sensor.

Both Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro have a 20-megapixel selfie camera. Other common features include 5,000mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging, Wi-Fi 6, dual-SIM, and multi-functional NFC.
