Moto E6i Android Go smartphone launched

Motorola has launched a new budget smartphone. Moto E6i with a Unisoc chipset and Android Go has been made official in Brazil. Based on the specs and features, Moto E6i looks like a rebranded version of Moto E6s 2020.

Moto E6i is priced at BRL 1,099 ( ₹14,900 approx), and it can be purchased in Brazil through the company's website. The smartphone comes in two colour options of gray and pink. There's no word on when Moto E6i will be made available in other markets.

In terms of specs, Moto E6i features a 6.1-inch HD+ display with a notch on top. The smartphone is powered by the Unisoc Tiger SC9863A chipset paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. On the software front, Moto E6i runs Android 10 (Go edition) out-of-the-box.

On the Moto E6i, there's a dual-camera setup at the rear with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The smartphone has a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies. It also has a fingerprint sensor embedded at the rear panel.

The smartphone has a 3,000mAh battery with support up to 10W charging via a microUSB port. The smartphone also has a 3.5mm headphone jack. On the software front it runs Android 10 (Go edition) out-of-the-box. Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and dual SIM support.

Moto E6i is quite similar to the Moto E6s that launched last year. There are some differences in the processor, and software department.
