Moto Razr 5G to launch in India on October 5
Motorola is bringing its second foldable smartphone to India next week. The new Moto Razr comes with bumped up specs and 5G support. Motorola launched the Moto Razr 5G earlier in September.
The company has now revealed that the Moto Razr 5G will launch on October 5, and it will be available exclusively via Flipkart. Interested users can register for the foldable phone on Motorola’s India website. Since the phone has already been launched all that’s left is for the pricing to be revealed. In the US, the Moto Razr 5G costs $1,399 which translates to roughly ₹1,03 lakh.
Moto Razr 5G comes in three colour options of Blush Gold, Polished Graphite and Liquid Mercury. The foldable phone has a 6.2-inch OLED display, and a 2.7-inch OLED secondary screen up front. The fingerprint sensor has been moved to the back this time. Motorola has also updated the hinge to deliver better aesthetic and functional changes. It’s powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G processor paired with Adreno 620 GPU. Moto Razr 5G comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

In the camera department, Moto Razr 5G sports a 48-megapixel primary sensor, and a 20-megapixel front camera. The foldable phone packs a 2,800mAh battery with support for 15W TurboPower fast charging. Its connectivity options include USB Type-C port, dual SIM support, 4G and 5G, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC. On the software front, Moto Razr 5G runs Android 10 out-of-the-box.
