HMD Global launches Nokia C20 Plus with 4,950mAh battery and Android 11 (Go Edition)

Nokia C20 Plus has been launched in China in Ocean Blue and Graphite Black colour variants. It costs RMB 699 ( 7,990 approximately) and it will go on sale there starting June 16.

Smartphone launches are coming fast and furious in the month of June. From Moto G Stylus 5G, Tecno Spark 7T, Vivo Y73, Vivo Y53s 5G to iQoo Z3 5G, a number of companies have launched their new smartphones. Nokia too is back in the news with yet another launch. Today, HMD Global has expanded its C-series smartphone lineup by launching a new smartphone. The phone dubbed as the Nokia C20 Plus has been launched in China in Ocean Blue and Graphite Black colour variants. It costs RMB 699 ( 7,990 approximately) and it will go on sale there starting June 16. It may be recalled that the company had launched the Nokia C20 smartphone along with the Nokia C10, the Nokia 20, the Nokia X10, the Nokia, the Nokia G10 and the Nokia G10 smartphones back in April this year.

Nokia C20 Plus Specifications

As far as the specifications are concerned, the Nokia C20 Plus smartphone measures 165.4x204.7x75.85mm and weighs 204.7 grams. It features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and an HD glass cover. It consists of a unibody polycarbonate design with a 3D corrugated design.

The Nokia C20 Plus smartphone is powered by the Unisoc SC9863A processor with a clock speed of 1.6Ghz. This chipset is coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space that can be expanded further using a 256GB memory card. It runs on Android 11 (Go Edition).

Nokia C20 Plus Camera

On the camera front, the newly launched Nokia C20 Plus smartphone features a dual-rear camera setup consisting of an 8-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It is housed inside a circular camera setup that is placed in the middle of the phone on the top. On the left side of this circular camera module is the LED camera flash. On the front, the Nokia C20 Plus has a 5-megapixel selfie camera that is housed inside a water-drop notch.

The Nokia C20 Plus has a Micro USB port that can be used for charging the phone, a 3.5mm jack, Bluetooth version 4.2 and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n. It has a 4,950mAh battery and it features support for face unlock functionality.

Nokia C20 Plus Availability?

If you are wondering when the Nokia C20 Plus will arrive in India, you’ll have to wait for quite some time. HMD Global hasn’t announced if it will be bringing the newly launched smartphone to other markets around the globe.
