Oppo has launched a new smartphone under its Reno 4 series. The latest addition, Reno 4 SE, comes with 5G support. The phone has launched in China for a starting price of CNY 2,499 ( ₹27,000 approximately). Reno 4 SE comes in multiple storage combinations. The top-end model is priced at CNY 2,799 ( ₹30,000 approximately).
Oppo Reno 4 SE comes with a 6.43-inch full HD+ display. The screen comes with an AMOLED panel and offers 409ppi pixel density and 600nits of brightness. Reno 4SE has a 60Hz refresh rate, though.
For performance, Oppo Reno 4 SE relies on MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM. The phone comes in 128GB and 256GB storage options. The phone is powered by a 4,300mAh battery coupled with 65W ultra-fast charging support.
In the photography department, Reno 4 SE has as many as three cameras on the back. The setup consists of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, it has a 32-megapixel sensor.
Other important features of the phone include USB Type-C support, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.1, and dual-band Wi-Fi. The phone comes in Super Flash Black, Super Flash Blue, and Super Flash White colour options.
Separately, Oppo has rolled out Android 11-based ColorOS for select smartphones. The latest software comes with a variety of new features such as new battery saver mode. It also has new customisation features. For instance, Oppo users can now set their own Always-On-Display, theme, and wallpaper, as well as fonts, icons, and ringtones.
ColorOS 11 also features the three-finger Translate powered by Google Lens, dark mode customisations, and a Flexdrop feature that enables users to watch videos and text at the same time.
