Realme X3 to get Snapdragon 855+ SoC, 120Hz display and more

Realme is set to launch the X3 series smartphones in India on June 25.

Realme is set to launch the X3 series smartphones in India on June 25 at 12:30PM via an online event. Ahead of the official launch, the phone has been spotted on Geekbench and on Flipkart, which revealed what we should expect from the X3 series smartphone. Now, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth has shared more details about the upcoming smartphone series.

Sheth has revealed that the Realme X3 and the Realme X3 SuperZoom will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor. The two phone will also come with 60x zoom, a feature that is expected to be available in Realme X3 SuperZoom.

In addition to Sheth's tweet, Flipkart too has updated details about the upcoming smartphones in its products page. Earlier the Flipkart listing showed details about the two phones' camera capabilities. Now, the listing gives more details about the battery and performance of the two phones.

Apart from getting Nightscape 4.0, Starry Mode and 60x zoom, the two phones will get a 64-megapixel primary camera at the back. Additionally, the smartphone series will get a 120Hz display and a 4,200mAh battery that is coupled with a 30W Dart Charge that is capable of charging the phone completely within 55 minutes. The listing also says that the upcoming smartphone series has got 517,743 score on AnTuTu.

Separately, reports hint towards the Realme X3 series to get 12GB of RAM and full HD+ display and run on Android 10.
