Samsung Galaxy M31s is scheduled to launch today in India. The new smartphone will be an upgrade over the Galaxy M31, one of Samsung's best-selling phones. The highlights of the Galaxy M31s will be its 6,000mAh battery, and 64-megapixel quad camera setup. Galaxy M31s will launch at 12 PM today, and it will be available on Amazon India.

Samsung Galaxy M31s: Expected price, competition

Samsung Galaxy M31s is likely to be targeted at the mid-range segment and priced under ₹20,000 in India. The company is likely to announce a few bundled schemes along with the phone as well.

The phone will succeed the popular Galaxy M31 in India. The phone is currently available for a starting price of ₹17,499. Like the M31s, the predecessor also has a 64-megapixel rear camera and a large 6,000mAh battery phone.

Samsung Galaxy M31s is likely to compete with popular mid-range phones such as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Max and Realme 6 Pro.

Samsung Galaxy M31s full specifications

As said earlier, Samsung has already confirmed a bunch of features of Galaxy M31s. Apart from a 6,000mAh battery and 64-megapixel camera, the phone is set to come with 25W fast charging support and Infinity-O display with sAMOLED full HD+ panel.

According to leaks so far, Samsung Galaxy M31s has 6.5-inch sAMOLED display with 407ppi. The quad-camera setup on the phone will feature a 64-megapixel sensor, 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, 5-megapixel depth sensor, and 5-megapixel macro sensor. The phone is said to have a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.

For performance, it is likely to run on Exynos 9611 chipset with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB storage. There could also be a 6GB RAM, 128GB variant of the phone. Samsung Galaxy M31s will be available in Mirage Black and Mirage Blue colour options.
