Samsung Galaxy M31s receives price cut in India

Samsung has reduced the price of Galaxy M31s by 1,000. The smartphone launched in India last year in July. Galaxy M31s boasts a 6,000mAh battery, up to 8GB of RAM and a Super AMOLED display.

Samsung Galaxy M31s starts at 19,499 for the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. After the price cut, it will cost 18,499. As for the 8GB+128GB variant of Galaxy M31s, it is now available at 20,499. The revised prices of the Galaxy M31s are reflecting on Amazon India, and on Samsung India's website as well. According to the first report by 91mobiles, the price cut is applicable in offline outlets as well.

Galaxy M31s has a punch-hole display, and it comes in two colour options of black and blue. The smartphone features a 6.5-inch full HD+ sAMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood of the phone runs Samsung's Exynos 9611 processor. It also has microSD support for expandable storage up to 512GB.

The smartphone has a quad-camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel depth sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies, there's a 32-megapixel camera up front.

On the software front, Galaxy M31s runs One UI based on Android 10. The smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and supports facial recognition as well. Its 6,000mAh battery is accompanied by 25W fast charging support. Its connectivity options include dual SIM, 4G LTE, USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi Direct and Bluetooth 5.0.
