Samsung Galaxy S20 FE leaked hands-on video gives a closer look at the upcoming phone
Samsung will launch Galaxy S20 Fan Edition on September 23. The FE edition is said to be a cheaper version of the main flagships that launched earlier this year. A new hands-on video reveals almost everything that is there to know about the phone.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition (FE) has continued to leak ahead of the official launch on September 23. Just a couple of days ago, leakster JimmisPromo posted photos of the upcoming smartphone and revealed key specifications. Now, the same leakster has gone ahead and posted a detailed hands-on video which also features side-by-side comparison with the main versions.
As seen in the leaked hands-on video (embedded below), Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition is seen sporting blue colour. The phone has the latest OneUI 2.5. As rumoured earlier, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a plastic panel on the back. The camera module also looks identical to the main S20 series. The module is seen with as many as three sensors, rumoured to be a combination of 12-megapixel, 12-megapixel and 8-megapixel sensors.
Another interesting design change in the S20 FE is the relocation of the SIM card tray on the top. The base has USB Type-C port along with a familiar speaker grille. The phone does not come with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
As far as specifications go, Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will feature a 6.5-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will come with a 32-megapixel front-facing camera housed in a punch-hole display. The display will also come embedded with the fingerprint sensor.
According to rumours, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE will run on Qualcomm's top-end Snapdragon 865 processor for the 5G model. The LTE model will come with an in-house Exynos 990 processor. Other leaked specifications include 6GB of RAM and 4,500mAh battery.
