The latest is an Android Police report that gives away key specifications and features of the upcoming phones. First, Samsung Galaxy S21 series will continue the tradition of having three models. The lineup will include Samsung Galaxy S21, Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus, and Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. The three models will have mostly similar specifications but with subtle changes in screen sizes and resolution. As expected, the Ultra model will have the best specifications. According to the report, Samsung Galaxy S21 will have a plastic shell on the back. The Ultra will have a glass body. There is no word on the material for Galaxy S21 Plus. The report further says the recent CAD renders of Galaxy S21 series are pretty much accurate. Also read click here. The Plus variant will be available in Phantom Silver, Phantom Black, and Phantom Violet colour options. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra The top-end model will come with a 6.8-inch display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and WQHD+ resolution. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will run on OneUI 3.1, based on Android 11.
