It has been talked about in several reports in the past and has been a subject to rumours as well. Now, a new image posted by a Twitter account named Anthony (@TheGalox_) seems to have shown us the first image of the Galaxy Z Flip 3. From the looks of it, the image looks like a screenshot taken from the promotional video. If only it is true and Samsung has already worked on the promotional video, we might be seeing the device launch officially way sooner than expected. In the image we also see the alleged Galaxy Z Flip 3 sporting the same clamshell folding design but with a different looking back panel. This time, it has a dual tone finish. There is a wide band in Black colour going from one side to another, including the two camera lenses. While the rest of the body is in a different colour. We can see four colour combinations - Green, Purple, Black and White. > Official Galaxy Z Flip 3 Look:Green, Purple, Black and white pic.twitter.com/4Zk7RxAsfe— Anthony (@TheGalox_) May 2, 2021 At a first glance it looks a lot like the Pixel 2’s back design. One of the popular YouTubers, Michael Fisher did point it out. The Black band is said to hide the cover display as well. It has been previously reported that Galaxy Z FLip 3’s cover display will be more usable as it will be possible to view at least one full text message. As mentioned by Sammobile, the Z Flip 3 could have Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection as well on the outside to improve the durability. Past leaks suggest that Galaxy Z Flip 3 will come with a 6.9-inch foldable display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is likely to come with a 3,900mAh battery with a real battery capacity ranging between 3,700mAh to 3,800mAh. It may launch sometime in July.
