Vivo V23e 5G launches in India: Know its cost, comparison with V23

Vivo has launched Vivo V23e 5G in India. Priced at Rs. 25,990, the phone will be available in two color options — Sunshine Gold and Midnight Blue.

Vivo on Monday announced the launch of its design and camera-focused 5G smartphone in the V23 series - Vivo V23e 5G, in India. The launch expands on the earlier announcement of V23 Pro and V23. The smartphone supports 44MP Eye Autofocus front camera and features Ultra-Slim Fluorite AG Glass Design. Priced at Rs. 25,990 (MRP- 28990), Vivo V23e 5G offers 8GB+128GB storage and 2.0 GB Extended RAM. It will be available in two color options — Sunshine Gold and Midnight Blue on Vivo India e-store and across retail stores starting February 21, 2022.

According to the company, V23e 5G is Vivo's answer to users' ever-growing demand for a better selfie photography experience – particularly in capturing portraits. It features an advanced front camera system, along with state-of-the-art technology such as its autofocus and night portrait features. The smartphone is also powered by AI algorithms. The camera features supported by V23e 5G include multi-style portrait mode, dual-view video, double exposure mode, among others.

The new V23e 5G boasts of 7.32mm ultra-slim body and is light-weight at 172 grams. The smartphone gets a Fluorite AG Coating on the V23e 5G Sunshine Gold edition which makes the surface sparkle as it comes under light. The Sunshine Coast edition, in contrast, sports a new Dual-Layer Coating which radiates a spectrum of colors from different angles.

The Moonlight Shadow edition features ceramic film coating that creates a nano-grade texture on the surface with a mirror finish over a shade of black.The phone also comes in the Midnight Blue edition.

Vivo V23e 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 that adopts the advanced 6nm processor and also supports Dual 5G setup. The smartphone comes with Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 12. It also supports a 4050 mAh battery and 44W FlashCharge in 30 minutes.
