Vivo X50, X50 Pro to go on sale in India on July 24

The Vivo X50 and the Vivo X50 Pro smartphones will go on sale in the country via the Vivo India E-store, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, Tata Cliq and other major e-commerce websites on July 24.

Vivo, earlier this month, launched its X50 series smartphones consisting of the Vivo X50 and the Vivo X50 Pro smartphones in India. Now, less than two weeks after the official launch, the two phones are ready to go on sale in the country.

The Vivo X50 and the Vivo X50 Pro smartphones will go on sale in the country via the Vivo India E-store, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, Tata Cliq and other major e-commerce websites on July 24. They will also be available via the company's offline retail partners, which includes Reliance, Croma and Vijay Sales.

Price and offers

The Vivo X50 Pro will be available in India for ₹49,990 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The Vivo X50, on the other hand, will be available in two variants. While the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB space costs ₹34,990, the other variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space will be available for ₹37,990.

Vivo is offering a bunch of new offers to the potential buyers. The company is offering up to ₹4,000 cashback on the purchases made via HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank credit and debit cards. The company is also offering an EMI scheme with a monthly EMI of ₹1,458 from Bajaj, HDFC, HDB, IDFC, TVS credit, ICICI bank and Home credit.

In addition to that, potential customers can get an additional off of ₹3,000 on purchasing the device using the exchange offer. Apart from this there is 65% assured buyback on Vivo Upgrade and Rewards application and additional 12 months of extended warranty and 2GB data per day to Vodafone Idea users.

Apart from the Vivo X50 series smartphones, Vivo's TWS Neo earphones will also go on sale on July 24 at a price of ₹5,990. As a part of the offer, customers who purchase either the Vivo X50 or the Vivo X50 Pro smartphone will get ₹2,000 off on the purchase of TWS Neo earphones.

Vivo X50 series specs

The Vivo X50 Pro comes with a 6.56-inch sAMOLED display. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset that is coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space. It runs on Android 10-based Funtouch OS 10.5. In terms of the camera, it comes with 48MP + 13MP+ 8MP+8MP quad rear camera setup. On the front, it has a 32MP selfie camera. It is backed by a 4,315mAh battery with support for FlashCharge 2.0.

The Vivo X50, on the other hand, comes with a 5.56-inch AMOLED display. It is powered by Snapdragon 730 that is paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage space.

The camera setup in the X50 is similar to that of the X50 Pro smartphone. The only other difference is the battery. The X50 gets a smaller 4200mAh battery.
