Apple designer, Jony Ive to quit Apple Inc and start own firm

Jony Ive, designer behind iPhone and iMac to quit Apple Inc after 30 years. He will leave the company to form an independent design company called 'LoveFrom'. Ive led Apple's design teams since 1996 and became chief design officer in 2015. Ive's departure comes amid falling iPhone sales and trade war between US & China. Ive in his new company will continue to work closely and on a range of projects with Apple.
