Stress has become more prevalent than before over the pandemic, with adults reporting the highest rate of mental health concerns like stress, anxiety and sadness, according to studies. More than one-third of people across the globe report physical and mental side effects of stress, and these, if left unchecked can over time lead to negative health effects such as headaches, increased risk of cardiac disease, obesity and depression.

Emotional wellbeing is connected to physical wellbeing and can be controlled through practices like meditation, breathing exercises, improved sleep etc.
